Purpose of the role

  • You will be responsible for generating company revenue by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer lifecycle management with revenue growth that ensures profitability.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to ensure weekly customer reordering
  • Upsell customer orders using a list of curated focus products
  • Push a product mix to customers to ensure wider basket coverage
  • Activation of newly onboarded/launched products and services
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
  • Any other lawful duties assigned.
