Thousands of retailers across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Zambia and Rwanda use Wasoko's mobile ordering and delivery platform to receive the goods they need as quickly and cheaply as possible while also accessing growth financing for the first time. Role: Product Analyst, reporting to Global Head of Product

Location: This role should be based out of

  • Nairobi, Kenya (HQ) or
  • Bangalore, India

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product and engineering to add analytics tracking to new product features.
  • Create product performance reports (e.g., funnel analysis, feature usage) for new and existing features.
  • Monitor the performance of key user flows and make recommendations to improve success rates.
  • Partner with product and design teams to conduct quantitative and qualitative user and competitive research.
  • Set up and conduct product experiments and A/B tests.


  • 1-2 years product-focused data analysis and quantitative research experience.
  • Very strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in one or more of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and Firebase.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Studio, Tableau, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with user-centered design methodology is a plus.
