Duties & Responsibilities:

● Support the Brand Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning

and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars

● Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion

● Plan and manage meetings, events and conferences by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating communication channels

● Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

● Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

● Act as the communication nerve center for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence

● Conducting research for identifying the preferences of our target audience and current market trends

● Creating marketing plans for the purpose of increasing our brand awareness

● Ensuring our company’s strong presence in offline and online channels

● Organizing promotional campaigns and events for positively presenting our company as well as promoting our brand

● Assisting in selecting suitable distribution channels and developing successful media campaigns

● Overseeing all digital and video productions and ensure brand message look and feel is delivered

● Designing marketing campaigns for our new releases

● Reporting the results of marketing campaigns to Brand Marketing Manager

● Researching competition and also identifying growth opportunities

● Reviewing product positioning and packaging and also suggesting improvements

Requirements:

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field

● Prior experience as a Marketing Associate, Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Associate or a similar role

● Experience with developing product positioning, pricing and packaging

● Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.

● Having the ability to provide information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented in order to demonstrate overall capabilities.

● Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns as well as distribution channels

● Familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools

● Experience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress)

● Experience with Event management

● Sound knowledge of conducting market analyses, interpreting charts and spreadsheets

● Ability to multitask while performing within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Strong verbal as well as written communication skills

● Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
